Exchange Policy (No Returns or Refunds)
We do not offer returns or refunds. However, we provide a 7-day exchange policy, which means you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in brand-new condition — unworn, unwashed, unused, free of odours, stains, or any signs of wear — and must include the original tags and packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will review the issue and assist you with an exchange.

Exchanges
Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
After we receive and inspect your item, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
